Specifications before introductions

Product & site-specific review

Buyer-led due diligence

We are not the seller, importer of record, or guarantor of product quality. Manufacturers, availability, specifications and certifications are subject to independent review and verification. No ordering online, payment collection, promises or guaranteed deals.

Supplier compensation may apply. Buyers can request disclosure before progressing. We do not display commission rates or collect payments through this website.

Who we serve

Built for repeat-order industrial buyers.

We work with businesses that source food ingredients at production scale. Consumer retail, one-off purchases and online checkout are outside our scope.

Food & confectionery manufacturers

Gelatin, pectin, hydrocolloids and emulsifiers for bakery, confectionery and processed-food production lines.

Supplement & gummy manufacturers

Collagen peptides, gelatin and gelling systems for nutraceutical and contract-manufacturing applications.

Ingredient importers & distributors

Specification-led supplier discovery and RFQ coordination for USA, UK and GCC import programmes.

Private-label & retail producers

Ingredient sourcing support for private-label and retail product supply chains, including Amazon-focused brands.

Services include product-specification-led supplier discovery, certificate and plant-scope review, RFQ coordination and nonbinding candidate shortlists. Delivered-duty (DDP) arrangements can be raised as an inquiry; availability and terms are determined per transaction, not promised in advance.

How it works

A disciplined four-step introduction process.

01 / Buyer sends specification

Share role, intended use, grade, quantity, destination, documents and logistics needs through the quote request form.

02 / Independent assessment

Candidate suppliers are reviewed against the specification, including product- and site-specific halal and kosher evidence where requested. No blanket approval.

03 / Protected introduction

Introductions and quotation coordination are Founder-controlled. Buyer identity is never shared without the buyer's consent and Founder approval.

04 / Parties contract directly

Buyer and supplier contract, import and pay each other directly. Our intermediary commission is managed under separately agreed terms.

Commercial protection of an introduction records the relationship; it does not by itself guarantee that any commission is paid. Buyers retain independent due-diligence responsibilities throughout.

Frequently asked questions

Clear roles. No implied guarantees.

Who can request sourcing support?

Food manufacturers, importers and distributors with a business requirement in the USA, UK or GCC may submit specifications. A request starts preliminary review, not an order, quotation or availability commitment.

How can a manufacturer become a partner?

Manufacturers may submit company and site details, product categories and claimed certificate scopes and expiry dates. Submission does not constitute approval, an appointment or a verified partnership. Current documents will be requested through an agreed channel during review.

How are introductions compensated?

We act independently as a supplier-paid intermediary. Supplier compensation may apply; buyers can request disclosure before progressing. Compensation does not constitute a guarantee of suitability or replace independent buyer due diligence.

What does verification mean?

No manufacturer or certificate is represented as verified before independent review. Product specifications, manufacturing site, certificate issuer, scope and validity must be assessed separately. Halal and kosher are distinct requirements; documentation for one does not establish the other.

Who is responsible for USA FDA / FSVP requirements?

The applicable US importer and other responsible parties must determine and meet FDA and Foreign Supplier Verification Program obligations, including any applicable exemptions. The FSVP importer and importer of record can be different parties. We do not assume either role or provide regulatory approval; obtain qualified advice for the specific transaction.

Who is responsible for UK imports?

The buyer and appointed importer must determine the applicable food safety, customs, labelling and import requirements for their destination, including differences between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We are not the importer of record or a regulatory approval body.

When should I expect a response?

Turnaround depends on the completeness of specifications, supplier documentation and destination-market checks. An indicative estimate can be discussed after preliminary review; no response, quotation or introduction timeline is guaranteed.
